Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our services, pricing, and how we support your mental health journey.

Pricing

What does a consultation cost?
A 30-minute Psychiatry consultation is ₹1,499. A 45-minute Clinical Psychology consultation is ₹2,199. These are the final listed consultation totals. Medication-management pricing is confirmed when care is arranged.

Services

How do I choose a service?
Psychiatry offers medical assessment and care planning, including prescription management if needed. Clinical Psychology focuses on assessment and therapy using evidence-based techniques. A Care Navigator can help you understand the differences and choose the service that best fits your needs.
What is a Care Navigator?
A Care Navigator is a consistent point of contact who helps you find the right professional, understand next steps, and coordinate follow-up care. They serve as your guide throughout your mental health journey, ensuring continuity and support beyond individual consultations.

How It Works

How do online consultations work?
Consultations take place on Google Meet and are not recorded by us or our consultants. Our team confirms the appointment and shares joining details. Your consultant will assess whether online care is suitable and explain any need for an in-person assessment.

Booking

Can I book now?
Yes. Adults aged 18 or over can submit a consultation request and pay through secure Razorpay checkout. We aim to respond within one hour. Our team confirms the appointment after checking availability; your preferred date/time is a request until confirmed.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Once paid, customer cancellations are not accepted under our standard policy. If the consultant fails to attend after two rescheduled appointments, we refund the undelivered consultation fee. Statutory rights for non-delivery or deficient services remain available. Please read the Terms & Conditions before paying or contact Admin@themindproject.life for support.

Access

Which languages are supported?
Care in multiple Indian languages is part of our platform vision. Specific language availability will be confirmed when care is arranged with your selected professional. We're committed to making mental health support accessible across linguistic communities.
Who can use these services?
Our services are for adults aged 18 or over. We do not accept child bookings through this website.

About

Does AI replace a professional?
No. Mood tracking and self-care pathways are planned support features, clearly marked "Coming Soon." They are designed to complement professional care, not replace it. They do not diagnose or prescribe—they support your journey between sessions with a mental health professional.
