1. Operator and scope
These Terms govern the use of The Mind Project website and requests for services in India. The operator is The Mind Project LLP, #8/1 2nd cross K.R.Vanam, Mysore 570008, India. Contact: Admin@themindproject.life; +91 74837 68898. We engage consultants on a contract basis, and our HR team verifies their qualifications. Consultants are responsible for their clinical assessments, treatment decisions and professional obligations. The Mind Project coordinates appointments, payments and service support. Read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy.
2. Adults only and accurate information
Services are available only to adults aged 18 or over. Do not book for a child or submit a child’s records. Give accurate contact details and information relevant to safe care. A representative acting for an adult must have lawful authority. Do not impersonate anyone, access another person’s records, harass staff or misuse the website.
3. Booking, session duration and fees
We are accepting paid consultation requests. Submitting a preferred date and time creates a request; our team confirms the appointment after checking availability and suitability. We aim to respond within one hour. This is an initial response target, not a guarantee of an appointment within one hour.
Psychiatry consultations are 30 minutes at ₹1,499. Clinical Psychology consultations are 45 minutes at ₹2,199. These are the displayed totals for these consultations; no additional tax is added to these listed fees. Medication-management pricing is confirmed separately when care is arranged. Any additional service or charge requires disclosure and agreement before payment.
After a request is saved, priced services open Wix secure checkout using Razorpay. Use the same email at checkout so we can match the payment to your request. Our team verifies payment before confirming the appointment. A receipt or successful payment does not alone confirm a date or time. Do not pay twice for the same request; contact support if you are unsure.
4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Once payment is completed, customer cancellations are not accepted under our standard booking policy and do not qualify for a voluntary cancellation refund. Contact us about a scheduling difficulty; any alternative arrangement is subject to availability and agreement.
If the consultant does not attend, our team will arrange rescheduling with you. If the consultant still fails to attend after two rescheduled appointments, we will refund the fee for the undelivered consultation. Contact Admin@themindproject.life or +91 74837 68898 with your booking and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where possible; we will communicate initiation and the payment provider’s expected credit time. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated and corrected.
This standard policy does not limit remedies required by Indian law for non-delivery, deficient services or other statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, it applies regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
5. Professional care and online consultations
Consultations take place on Google Meet and are not recorded by us or our consultants. Use a private setting and tell your consultant if another person is present. Please do not record or share a session without everyone’s express permission. The consultant determines whether online care is appropriate, explains relevant limitations and obtains clinical consent. An in-person assessment may be required. Identity, location and relevant history may be needed for safe care.
Website content is general information. Care Navigators coordinate support and do not replace qualified clinical professionals. You may ask questions or decline/discontinue treatment; booking consent does not override this right. Treatment outcomes, diagnoses, medicines and prescriptions are not guaranteed. Prescribing follows applicable professional rules. Do not change medication solely on website content.
6. Enquiries and emergencies
We aim to provide an initial response to consultation requests within one hour. Routine website forms and messages are not an emergency service or a promise of continuous clinical monitoring. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the nearest emergency department rather than waiting for us. A booked consultation does not include unlimited between-session clinical support unless separately agreed.
7. Privacy and consent
The Privacy Policy explains how booking, customer and clinical information is used, who can access it and the standard two-year retention period with lawful exceptions. Required booking consent does not waive confidentiality, statutory rights or professional duties and does not replace informed clinical consent. Any optional research, marketing or unrelated use needs appropriate separate permission.
8. Website use and interruptions
Website material is owned or licensed by us and may be used for personal, lawful purposes. Do not republish commercially without permission. External links have their own terms. Technical interruptions can occur; contact support about an interrupted paid session so we can assess the appropriate arrangement or remedy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or a particular clinical result. Nothing excludes liability or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Contact Akash M, Managing Director, The Mind Project LLP, at Admin@themindproject.life, +91 74837 68898, or #8/1 2nd cross K.R.Vanam, Mysore 570008, India. We will handle complaints within applicable statutory time limits. Indian law governs these Terms. You retain the right to approach competent consumer commissions, courts, professional regulators and other authorities; these Terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or restrict statutory jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We display revised Terms with a version and effective date. Material changes will be notified where appropriate and will not retrospectively change a paid booking without agreement or lawful grounds. Future self-care tools will have relevant terms and privacy information before launch.
